Expanding Horizons: Lifting the head from lying on the stomach.
Lifting the head is a basic function taken from the sequence of human development. Control of lifting the head is necessary before other steps of the developmental sequence can take place: rolling over, crawling, sitting, standing and walking. Re-visiting such a basic function can have a profound effect on being upright.
